ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Clifton Park man has pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, according to the Albany County District Attorney's Office. Timmoure Miller, 19, was indicted back in October 2023 in connection to the shooting death of 47-year-old barber Tyrone Staley.

In May 2023, Officers responded to Village Barber and Beauty on the 200 block of Second Avenue for reports of three people being shot. Staley died from his injuries and a nine-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man were treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

On September 15, 2023, Miller was arrested. A few days later, he was indicted on six counts including second-degree murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree hindering prosecution.

According to the district attorney's office, the indictment alleged that on May 13, 2023, Miller, while in agreement with a group of people, intentionally caused the death of Staley. Miller's guilty plea satisfies the full indictment of charges.

Miller faces 25 years in State Prison followed by five years of post-release supervision. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.
