Police search for suspect in Whitehall Road shooting

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Law enforcement is searching for a suspect in the Whitehall Road shooting that happened on Saturday. Police said Albany Medical Center notified them of a 34-year-old man who had a gunshot wound to the foot at 9:15 p.m.
Police said they interviewed the man at the hospital, who said he was in the backyard of a residence when he was shot in the foot. He was treated for non-life-threatening injuries when he arrived at Albany Medical Center.
