Albany Police: 14-year-old in custody after shooting 15-year-old

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A 14-year-old is in custody after a 15-year-old was found with a gunshot wound to his hip, according to Albany Police. The shooting took place around 1:30 Friday morning at a residence on Liebel Street.
Police say the victim was treated on the scene and taken to Albany Medical Center where he is in stable condition. This incident is currently under investigation.
