Albany PD investigating shooting near Lark Street
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Police Department says it is investigating a shooting that happened on Friday night near Lark Street and Madison Avenue. Police say they responded to the location around 11:55 p.m. following reports of a shooting and found evidence consistent with gunfire.
Law enforcement reports that shortly after arriving on the scene, Albany Medical Center staff told police that a 17-year-old came to the emergency room with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. The injuries were non-life-threatening and he was treated at the hospital.
