Man in critical condition following shooting on William Street

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man is in critical condition following a shooting on William Street Sunday night, according to Buffalo police.
Police responded to the 1200 block of William, near Depot Street and Lewis Street, just after 5 p.m. Sunday. Police found the man in a yard near the railroad tracks.
The man, 55, was transported to ECMC and is listed in critical condition.
