Souness tells Man City ace Sterling: You can improve here...

Liverpool legend Graeme Souness says Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling can score more if he improves his shooting.

The former Liverpool forward is the joint-top goalscorer in the Premier League having found the net five times already this campaign.

Souness - speaking before Sterling netted in the 3-1 win over Bournemouth on Sunday - revealed how the 24-year-old winger can get even better.

Souness told Sky Sports: "He's already a great player in my opinion, consistent. At this level it takes some doing.

"He'll do something in the game where you go wow I'll remember that for the rest of the week. The only criticism I'd offer. He scuffs a lot of balls, he's not a terribly clean kicker.

"He gets a load of goals, but he could get even more. If he can improve that he'll get even more goals. I think he's capable of getting 20-plus every year with the team around him."
