Curry can’t get the “W” but deserves the Warrior Wonder in Jazz loss
Curry’s 32 points were overshadowed by a crucial late turnover that sealed the defeat in Utah
The Golden State Warriors stumbled into a loss on the road against the Utah Jazz. The game was a grind out affair with neither team shooting above 40% from the field. The buckets were scarce, but we can still find something wonderful about our golden heroes to discuss.
Warriors Wonder Nominee: Stephen Curry
During last night’s first half, it appeared Steph was the only one on either team who could any sort of dominant offensive rhythm. He came out scorching, quickly tallying up 21 points and knocking down 4 three-pointers in the first half.

Curry cooled off a bit in the second half, but still did enough to lead all scorers with 32 points and a team-high 5 made treys. His 12-for-21 shooting from the field made him only the member of the Warriors Big 4 to go better than 50% from the floor. He even came up with a potentially game saving offensive rebound in the final seconds of the contest. Unfortunately, his game sealing turnover came when Ricky Rubio smartly knocked the ball off of Curry’s hands.
Steph Curry on his 21-11 Warriors, sitting in the 3rd seed: "The margin for error is a little bit smaller this year. Continue to get everybody's best shot. It's been a grind. Nothing comfortable about the position we're in. We want to get back to being dominant."

Honorable Mention: Kevin Durant, 30 points on 10-of-23 shooting from the field, 7 rebounds
