[Men's Basketball] Cavs fall to Johnson at home

MONTREAT, N.C. – The Cavs fell victim to the Johnson University Royals' three-point shooting percentage as they dropped the competition 98-83 Saturday evening. Their second consecutive loss puts them at 6-2 (5-1 AAC) this season.

Jeron Hemphill recorded his second consecutive double-double and fifth of the season as he posted the team-high 16 points beside 13 rebounds. Four other Cavs scored in double figures, including Alonzo Mobley (12), Terrell Sheffey (10), David Caldwell (14), and Eric Reed (12). Nicodemus Payne led the squad in rebounds with 14, and Mobley led with five assists.
