[Men's Golf] Mustangs Host Shootout at Amana Colonies

Amana, Iowa - The Mustangs hosted the True North Shootout at Amana Colonies Golf Club yesterday. The day would consist of two 18-hole rounds. The Mustangs highest on the leaderboard were Jan Zupancic (FR/Brezice, Slovenia) and Tyler Stueck (JR/Vinton, Iowa) shooting a 10-over 154 landing them in a tie for fourth place. Also finishing in the top 20 for the Mustangs was Oscar Anderson (SR/Melbourne, Australia) (157/7th), Matt Caulfield (SO/Perth, Australia) (162/11th), Tyler Breitbach (SO/Cedar Rapids, Iowa) (168/T-19th), and Grant Case (FR/York, Neb.) (168/T-19th). Adam Van Oort (JR/Cedar Rapids, Iowa) (186/T-30th), Gabe Ritter (FR/Marengo, Iowa) (186/T-30th), Winston Lui (FR/Iowa City, Iowa) (215/33rd), and Dalton Hynek (JR/Cedar Rapids, Iowa) (226/34th) also competed in a Mount Mercy polo.

Next, the Mustangs will travel to Des Moines to compete in the Viking Classic hosted by Grand View University at the Tournament Club of Iowa this coming Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 1-2.
