[Women's Basketball] Lady Threshers Stifle Bulldog Offense, Secure 54-51 Victory in McPherson

MCPHERSON, Kan. - The Bethel Women's Basketball team would probably love to make the "McPherson College Sports Center" their home facility for the rest of the year, because the Lady Threshers are now 3-0 in that building this year after their strong 54-51 victory over the Bulldogs last night. A stingy defense held McPherson to just 34% shooting from the floor, with the Bulldogs only able to convert on 2/18 of their shots from beyond the arc. This coupled with Bethel being able to maintain the lead more often than not throughout the entirety of the game secured the victory for Bethel, the first time they've won consecutive conference games in a little more than two years.
