Not Really Have High Hopes For This Season (23 replies)
Well the signing so far, everybody seems to be jizzing over them. I can't see it..
We have a new keeper which was a position we didn't really need to fill.
We have a new backup central defender to replace the 38 year old we had previously.
We have a new central midfielder that looks (after watching him play for Blues and his Youtube clips) to be some big guy with no technical skills and very poor passing and weak shooting and aim that can occasionaly pop up with a downward header when being left completely unmarked by the equivalent of conference defenders.
We are now talking about going for an Aston Villa winger that we are talking about playing in central mid that is past his best anyway and played in the team that got well relegated from the prem last year that were his boyhood team that released him so he is looking for a final paycheck.
We are also going for Hugill which is just like Jutkeiwicz but more hit and miss.
On top of this, Harry is well known for ruining young talent for the likes of his old boys club journeymen. So we can see this as a goodbye to Keita, Frei, Adams, Davis etc. He doesn't like raw talent, he would rather just throw them out, just like he tried with Bale until he was forced and look what happened.
All in all, not got high hopes for the future of this team under Harry and would have preferred Steve as the manager and Harry go back to retirement
