Govt final authority on CWG boycott call: Rijiju
Sports minister Kiren Rijiju has made it “absolutely clear” that the call to boycott the 2022 Commonwealth Games (CWG) in Birmingham over shooting’s exclusion will be taken by the government, keeping in mind the fact that the interest and medal prospect of athletes preparing for the multi-sport event does not suffer.
