SB 315 – Farm Act of 2019
The North Carolina Horse Council is currently addressing issues with Senate Bill 315, The North Carolina Farm Act of 2019. One section of this bill addresses the expansion of the definition of agritourism activities. The proposed definition would include shooting sports.
