Six athletes join TOPS, Gagan Narang out

Six athletes from the track and field, shooting and weightlifting disciplines were today inducted into the Target Olympic Podium Scheme, with the Sports Ministry including discus thrower Seema Punia and leaving out seasoned shooter Gagan Narang.
