[Women's Basketball] No. 14 Scots Fall to Top-Ranked Lions, 73-49

BATESVILLE, Ark. – The 14th-ranked Lyon College women's basketball team kept pace in the first half with top-ranked Freed-Hardeman, but the Lions pulled away in the second to defeat the Scots, 73-49 Thursday night inside Becknell Gymnasium. The Scots were held to 38.8 percent shooting on the night, while the Lions shot 51.8 percent. It was the Scots' first loss at home this season, and first since Dec. 29, 2016.
