Shooters voted for rule changes: Abhinav Bindra
Abhinav Bindra, chairman of the International Shooting Sports Federation's (ISSF) Athletes Committee, said on Tuesday that the decision to increase the number of shots in women's events to bring it at par with the men's events was done after receiving an overwhelming feedback from the shooters to bring about the rule change.
