World Record Setter Nuala Moore to Talk Cold-Water Swimming at the National Yacht Club
Join two-time Guinness World Record holder Nuala Moore at the National Yacht Club later this month for an evening of insights into the challenges of cold-water swimming.
The extreme cold-water and marathon swimmer, cold-water safety specialist and author will be at the NYC on Thursday 27 November from 7.30pm discuss such matters as preparing and planning for your own cold-water swim as well as understanding cold-water shock, injuries and recovery. Nuala’s talk will be followed by a Q&A.
Admission for what promises to be an interesting and entertaining evening is €10 at the door, with non-members very welcome and bar food available.
