Cruising News July 24
July Skippers Club.
On the 09th July we are planning an anchoring Demonstration, on the water. The plan is to get some boats with skippers that are comfortable with anchoring to take out crew, to a location to be confirmed, and show them how its done. Volunteer skippers are needed. Please let me know if you are interested in demonstrating your skills.
West along Cruise
On the evening of the 26th of July, we plan to muster in Oysterhaven for the night. The following morning, we will continue onto Courtmacsherry where we will stay on the pontoon and enjoy dinner ashore.
This is an ideal platform for those planning on heading further west for the holidays. For those not doing so will return to Crosshaven on the Sunday.
Let’s make an effort to participate as it will be a great adventure. All welcome, Cruisers, Racers and Motorboats.
I will send out a WhatsApp pole on the RCYC Cruisers and RCYC Keelboats for both events to get an idea who is interested.
