Information for all OODs and AOODs
Once again John Donovan, with many thanks again, has kindly made and installed a visual traffic light system to clearly indicate whether or not the course has been set or not set, as the case might be. The Sailing Committee would very much like to promote and recommend its use as it very clearly indicates and helps sailors determine and refer to the final course set. It will also help you as the OOD in preventing any queries from sailors below.
The sign simply rotates to indicate either red (courses not set) or green (courses set). It is secured to the course boards - please see attached pictures for reference.
