Most Toledoans have seen the memes of Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz sporting a huge grin while he rides his scooter sailing through deserts, flying away with E.T., or scooting away from Jurassic Park dinosaurs. These images made me think of the drastic differences between Wade and Carty Finkbeiner, who is challenging him for mayor.
