1972 Sunfish…add a hiking strap?
Seeking opinions/advice, as I am on the fence about it…
I have a 1972 Sunfish with two inspection ports - one from the rudder conversion in the back and the other in the front.
It doesn’t have a hiking strap - I don’t believe these were standard at the time - and I’m debating about whether it is worthwhile to add a hiking strap. I haven’t taken it out in such high winds as to feel a strong need for one, but I will probably use it to teach my kids, who will need more hiking leverage than...
