Cost of a used Laser

I am an aspiring Laser racer looking to procure my first boat. What should I be looking so spend on a used Laser? I am seeing boats from the late 70-late 90's for sale in my general area. Not sure what the going rate might be in trying to negotiate. Any ideas?
