How To Dispose Of An Old Sunfish Hull

When I finally take possession of an old, free Sunfish in my area (they go fast) I'm going to strip it for parts then "take the hull to the dump". I'm in California so I was wondering how a fiberglass and gelcoat boat like this would be characterized.

Hazardous waste? Household item? I can't find enough details on where I would take an old fiberglass boat from the places that might take it so anyone have any advice on this subject?
