Smaller arm Harken swivel mainsheet cleat

Question: Does Harken still make and sell the smaller swivel mainsheet base like the one shown in this Crasigslist ad?: Harken Mainsheet Swivel Block, with Cam Cleat, 6", used, from Lido 14 | eBay

The seller said it came off a Lido14 dinghy amd I think it would be perfect for a Sunfish. Anybody have one for sale? I am fitting out a newer race boat and am looking for one.
