Just passed USCG Auxiliary Vessel Safety Check. Current registration and title in my name.
It appears that the vermiculite job has been done. No sponginess and the keel bolts look good.
Front bulkhead at the base of the mast is rotten and requires replacement.
Standing and running rigging are complete. It has a main, a genoa, a spinnaker, and another sail or two that I haven't looked at. I have never attempted to sail this boat...
