BIC Techno windsurfer awarded to promising youth Emsworth sailor

Tommy Millard from Emsworth was amongst a handful of promising young sailors from across the UK have each been awarded their very own sailboard or dinghy thanks to the John Merricks Sailing Trust (JMST).
