Oval Ball 2016 BOOKING FORM

To reserve tickets for the Oval Ball please complete the attached booking form - SCROLL DOWN FOR ATTACHMENT or email events@doharfc.com for a booking form.

The following process MUST be followed - NO TICKET IS RESERVED UNTIL IT IS PAID FOR AND NO PAYMENT CAN BE TAKEN UNTIL A BOOKING FORM HAS BEEN RETURNED

1.  Complete the booking form and return it via email to events@doharfc.com (please do not scan in or send a picture - complete and send as a saved document) 

2.  Payment and submission of booking form indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions

3.  Come to pay at the DRFC Admin Office on the following dates:

Saturday 19^th March from 9am-12 noon

Sunday 20^th, Monday 21^st, Tuesday 22^nd or Wednesday 23^rd March from 5pm-8pm

(no payments accepted before these dates)

Please note the following:

MEMBERS HAVE PRIORITY OVER NON MEMBERS

·         Tickets are issued on a strictly first come first served basis UPON PAYMENT. 

·         Tickets cannot be paid for unless a completed booking form has been received via Email

·         Tickets will not be considered reserved until payment has been made

·         CASH PAYMENT preferred

·         Once all tables have been paid for we will operate a wait list

·         Tables are of 10 people maximum

·         Drinks are included in the ticket price, no drinks vouchers will be sold

·         Printed tickets will be issued by 1^st May 2016

·         St Regis hotel booking link will be available shortly to enjoy a DRFC early bird rate
