SATURDAY’S TEAM SHEETS

This weekend our three senior men’s sides are all in action, with our 1sts in a crucial test on the road. The Ones travel to Loughborough, where our group are looking to keep the title race in National League 2 West alive ahead of the top of the table battle here at Mortimer Park next weekend.

Meanwhile, the 2nds will finish their league season this Saturday at Mortimer Park against a Kenilworth side that might well feature ex-All Black Jimmy Goppeth. With 3rd place guaranteed in the division, our lads are playing to maintain an excellent home-record that has seen them defeated once here all season.

The 3rdXV will finish off a season of long journeys for a Level 8 side, as they trip to Trentham for their final away game. The lads travel to the promotion hopefuls, knowing they can treat this game as a bit of a free hit, with two home fixtures up our sleeve in the next couple of weeks as we aim to avoid the drop.
