Franchises or partnerships with sports like Rugby Union, Netball and Basketball seems very very optimistic to me. I genuinely hope that interest can be generated in big enough numbers to make this work.

There cant have been any historical research into this, as that would immediately say that it won't work. Therefore I can only assume there has been market research and focus groups used to test the water and it's given them a positive outlook. I only know that I wasn't a part of this and don't know of anyone that was?
