SATURDAY’S TEAM SHEETS

To this weekend at Mortimer Park, we have the visit of high-flying Clee Hill for our 3rd XV, following a tables-day in the clubhouse where we will host over 160 for lunch. It promises to be a tough test for our lads on the field, against arguably the best side in the division.

Away from home, the 1st XV travel to North Devon to 4th placed Barnstaple, in what promises to be yet another stern examination of our side’s credentials. We won the home fixture 28-10 back in October, in a tighter game than the score represented.

Also on the road, will be the 2nd XV, who visit Stow-on-the-Wold, in a battle that will go a long way to deciding who finishes 2nd in Regional 2 Midlands West. We won the first meeting 31-10 and a win on the road here would put the position into our hands, with five fixtures remaining.
