The death has occurred of Eric Kimberley. Eric played on the wing for Old Wesley for a short time during the 1950s. He moved to Canada and played with Toronto Irish RFC. On return he moved to Navan where he coached with Navan RFC and later took up refereeing. He was educated at the High School where he excelled at rugby and athletics. He worked in the insurance business, first with Phoenix Insurance and later as a broker.
Old Wesley extends its deepest sympathies to Eric’s wife Doreen, son Peter, who also played for Old Wesley, daughters Janet (Meredith), Jennifer, Anne and Louise, his grandchildren and great-granddaughter at this sad time.
