SATURDAY’S TEAMSHEETS

This week, the1st team will look to continue their decent start to the season, as they travel to Somerset to face last season’s 3rd placed finishers. We are still looking for our first victory over Taunton, after going down to them twice last season.

Our 2nd XV are also on the road, with a local-ish derby game against Malvern. Our only games of recent memory between the two sides, were our pair of heavy victories home and away, on the 2nd XV’s march to winning the North Midlands Cup in 2024. But we’re both vastly different teams now.

At home, the 4th XV commence their season (hopefully) at 1pm, with a now annual fixture against a cracking bunch of blokes from Sandbach 4ths. Following this our 3rd XV are in action on the main pitch, as they host league-leaders Willenhall, looking to upset the form guide and get our first win of the season at this level.
