Wee Reds P4s at Dunfermline
Sunday 05 October 2025
Report by Paul Millar
Our P4 squad braved the blustery conditions at Dunfermline RFC on Sunday and showed real determination and teamwork throughout the morning. Despite the wind making handling tricky, the kids played hard for each other and displayed great effort, energy, and smiles from start to finish.
We took a magnificent 26 players in total — both a gift and a curse! It’s fantastic to see such enthusiasm and commitment, though it does sometimes mean we outnumber our opposition. It’s a great reflection of how much the kids are enjoying their rugby, recommending it to their friends, and of the positive environment the club has built.
As expected, the effort caught up with them toward the end, with some very tired faces by the final whistle — all well-earned after giving their all. We’re sure there were plenty of well-deserved lazy Sunday afternoons afterwards!
Next up, we look forward to our Minis Festival at Linlithgow this coming Sunday.
The coaches would like to remind all parents that we’re always welcoming new players, so please keep spreading the word and encouraging friends to come along and join the fun!
