U10 & U11 Teams Enjoy Fun Filled Trip to Hidden Valley
On a glorious sunny morning, 40 excited boys and girls, along with 6 coaches, set off by bus for an unforgettable day trip to Hidden Valley in Rathdrum. Spirits were high from the moment we departed, with songs, chats, and plenty of pre-adventure buzz filling the journey.
Action and Adventure in the Valley
The Hidden Valley trip was a well-deserved treat for our Under-10 and Under-11 teams after a few weeks of hard work on the pitch. The day was packed full of fun, laughter, and team bonding, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The highlight for many was undoubtedly the Splash Valley Water Park, where players raced down slides, splashed in pools, and soaked their coaches—some more than once! The sunshine made it the perfect day for water fun, and the noise of laughter said it all. After drying off, a lovely lunch was provided for all, giving players and coaches the chance to refuel, relax, and share stories from the morning’s adventures followed by a friendly round of mini golf, where competitive spirits ran high (as did the occasional wild swing!). Whether it was a hole-in-one or a dozen tries, everyone played with smiles on their faces.
Building Bonds On and Off the Pitch
More than just a day out, the trip was a brilliant opportunity for our young players to bond as teammates and friends. It was fantastic to see both boys and girls from different teams mixing, supporting each other, and building memories that will last well beyond this season.
