Girls Rugby

Another weekend of women’s rugby at Donnybrook saw our girls be part of the Ball Team at this year’s Women’s Inter Pros finals.  Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be for Leinster; however, the girls were true professionals as they kept the game flowing smoothly, helped other children in their learning of what it takes to be part of the Ball Team and continued to make friends with their idols.

Some of our girls were also part of the advertising campaign for Bank of Ireland ahead of the Women’s World Cup. Congrats to Edie, Millie and Isabella.

With the Women’s World Cup ongoing and Ireland guaranteed to reach the quarter finals, women and girls rugby is certainly getting its fair share of the limelight and our girls are certainly part of that.
