I have explained both the biggest winter killer (poor insulation) and also the fact that the 11.6b pledge was made by de Pfeffel. The Labour government would like to honour this pledge but they admit it will be difficult.
I hope you can tell me the lottery numbers because you appear certain 4000 pensioners will die because they no longer have access to the winter fuel allowance. There is nothing whataboutery (not even a word) but one very popular with a certain section who don’t like their views questioned.
