Putting kids in is one thing, but they are going to be less strong and less dominant in an already under-par pack. It might help develop them for the future but the novelty for fans will wear off very quickly when we're getting walloped 50-0.
I can't think of any young lads ready for first grade in the pack other than Gannon as we have seen. Hudson still might feature down the line, but he's looking like a 2025 proposition. Next season, along with him, there could be a couple of others knocking on the door.
Re. TNW, I know he has fans but he is not a big player either, especially at prop. He is skilful and a good player, but whether he has the attributes to make it at Leeds remains to be seen - I do hope he does.
