Garnock Ball Final Details

The event of the year is fast approaching and there has been a tremendous response with many fantastic prizes donated for the auctions and raffle.

Following are some final details for the night and information that we may require. Where we require information, please email nicola@ckcontracts.co.uk no later than by close of play this Monday, 20th of May.

Can you please advise if you or any of your guests have any special dietary requirements or if they have any accessibility issues.

You can pre-order drinks for your table here.

It is recommended that you pre-order the initial drinks for your table to avoid delays at the bar. The evening will commence with a complimentary drink’s reception at 6pm with all guests to be seated for dinner by 6.50pm. Table plans will be displayed on the night to help you to find your table.

If you have not already done so, we would be obliged if you could confirm the names of any guests that will be accompanying you on the night and email to nicola@ckcontracts.co.uk as soon as possible please.

On the night there will be a live auction and a silent auction as well as many wonderful raffle prizes. All auction items and raffle prizes on offer will be made available to view in advance via a dedicated website, a link of which will be made available on the Garnock Rugby Club website (www.garnockrugbyclub.com ) from Thursday 23rd May, at which time the silent auction will go live, allowing early bidding to occur. Can we also remind you and your guests to bring some cash for entry to the icebreaker game and raffle. Entry to icebreaker game which will have a first prize of £1000, will be £10. The raffle, with over 80 prizes, will also be £10 per ticket.

There will be a professional photographer in attendance on the night and there will be the opportunity to purchase photographs of you in your finest on the night.

The Hilton has informed us that there will be limited parking at the hotel.

As previously mentioned, a bus will be available on the night to take guests back to North Ayrshire (Lochwinnoch, Beith, Kilbirnie and Dalry).
