You should always look to strengthen, but I wouldn't be unhappy if exactly the same squad were retained next year (as far as I know zero players are under contract for next season). The team we have now, looks like play-off level next year. But I doubt it's promotion level (although I guess by then "promotion" will be based on an IMG spreadsheet).

I've watched the Broncos for nearly two years. One thing I saw from match 1 hasn't improved greatly. The Broncos kicking (in hand or placed) looks bottom of the League level. Improvement there would make a big difference.
