Early purchase Broncos Bar tickets for £15 not looking great value then if the £10 general admission tickets apparently get you the same access ("executive" seats and bar access).
There is a benefit mind. The seats and hospitality areas are good and it could entice more fans to pay extra for future matches (needs the team to improve on the pitch mind!). Comes down to value though; £40 each for seats, bar access and a one course meal probably won't attract many. £20 for seats and bar access maybe, but then general admission would need to be lower.
The service at the bars on Floor 2 is incredibly slow I should add. That needs addressing (it's a stadium issue not specific to the Broncos).
