The Calgary Hornets AGM will be held in-person at Bitter Sisters and virtually (at the link below) on Sunday February 12th at 12:00 PM.

The AGM will include a Special Resolution to discuss amending the Club by-laws to add the positions of Vice President of Youth Rugby and Vice President of Social Media to the Board of Directors. The Special Resolution will recommend relevant sections of the by-laws be amended as follows (changes in ):

6.1.3 Composition of the Board 

The Board consists of:

   (a) the President;

   (b) the Vice-President;

   (c) the Secretary;

   (d) the Treasurer;

   (e) the Social Convener;

   (f) the Vice President of Men's Rugby; 

   (g) the Vice President of Women's Rugby;

   (h) the Vice President of Junior Rugby;

   (k) the Director-at-Large; and

   (l) the immediate Past President.

6.1.4 Election of the Directors

6.1.4.1 At the Annual General Meeting, the Voting Members elect or appoint the following Officers/Directors:

   (a) On Odd numbered years the President, Secretary, Social Convener,  and Women's Rugby; and

   (b) On Even numbered years the Vice President, Treasurer, Men's Rugby,  and Junior Rugby.

   (c) Director at Large is voted on or appointed at every Annual General Meeting.
