We'll see, i think he'd be ok but i don't really notice him on the field much when Catalans play anymore. Just seems to be a squad filler and helps links plays but that's all i've seen. BUT Maloney and pierce are very dominant controlling halves so i suppose that would take the emphasis of him having to be a controlling half. We've seen him do it previously so we know he can. I would like a half wrapped up soon though as the season re-starts in just over 4 months,, so would like the halves to be ready for pre-season (williams with extra time off of course) But i'd like our general to have as much time with the team as possible.
