Wakefield Trinity • Re: Harsh realities of life

I would say the most negative part of the club are those that run it because all we hear is we have no money it will be another tough season. They must have a large chunk of salary, all I suggest is they use it wisely this time because without a competitive team they are not going to see an increase in ticket sales or merchandise. The customer service needs tweaking because to say to supporters you pay for the seat if you are going to get wet bring waterproofs (I added the last bit). The one other obvious improvement would be our none existing marketing and if they insist on using Facebook I am sure it could be included on the website.
I know I am one of those they class as “fans” which just confirms my belief they don’t like anyone questioning the way of things and is another failure of customer relations.
The items all businesses need to survive is a good product, good customer relations, excellent marketing and a positive outlook. If they thought this season was hard wait why we have to compete for supporters money when the cost of living hits in full. I know some of you will turn up regardless but I would guess not enough and getting less each season. If the way we handle the business is the correct way more clubs would adopt it, I haven’t seen any.
