Exactly. You watch a game like Salford v Hudds, and think, this is good stuff. But in a massively physically demanding sport, we shoot ourselves in the foot time after time. Offences should be dealt with at the time (I really don't like the whole putting on report thing, it just smacks to me of the ref saying, there might have been foul play there, but I'm not sure, so I'll let the judiciary look at it". But aurely they look at everything anyway, whether or not the ref sees it?) as far as possible. And red cards should be reserved for serious foul play
