I agree. Unfortunately, I can only see Dean getting in the squad after Dufty has gone, assuming we get him as Widdop leaves.
He's going to have to be patient for at least another 2 years probably. And the rotation for fullback and stand off will most likely be made up of Thewlis, Dufty and Ratchford.
I know he's still very young, but you hate to see potential go to waste, and you hate to see potential end up somewhere else. If he can be patient for a few more years then that number 6 jersey could be his.
