In hindsight maybe getting rid of Gale was a bad decision.
Oh no no no getting rid of Gale was good cos no other club in SL had 3 experienced half backs on their books, under the cap, or so people kept telling me pre season. We signed 2 halves and lost 3 in Gale, Lui and young McLelland. Madness absolute madness.
When i said Sutcliffe will end up back in halves i was told "no chance". Well guess what "silky" Sutty is back in the bloody halves. As i said last week its not Suttys fault he cant play stand off hes shown the club 80 times he cant play at 6 so why do we keep putting him there ffs? Isnt that the definition of insanity? Doing the same things expecting it to change.
Let Gale go by all means if thats the decision but he needed replacing.
