St Helens have the highest average attendance so far in 2022 with over 13k. Taking over from Leeds as super leagues best supported club.
Not surprisingly, Wakefield and Salford occupy the bottom 2 spots with sub 5k attendences. However, that doesnt tell the big picture which is Salford increasing their average by close to 1500 from 2019 which is rather good news. With an improved stadium Wakefield should also see crowds increase and may end up on a par with Super league newcomers Toulouse.
Bad news is that Wigan, Warrington and Catalan fans are deserting their teams in droves.
