Fitzpatrick has spent years being too bothered about gimmicks like NFT’s, Whizzy Rascals, Kiss Cams and Funny Tweets to take attention off his ineptitude to run a rugby club and incompetence to recruit the right players for the right coach. He got the job from the boys, Moran needs to get rid now and replace him with somebody experienced in running a sports club successfully. That club needs stripping down from top to bottom to help Powell get a team and a culture he can be successful with.
