Leeds fan here. Think Austin is being very disrespectful saying he has been ‘shafted’.
For what he offered on the field think he took the P re-his Salary for 3 years.
I knew things would never work out after seeing his first interview in UK. Started going on about having over 100 pairs of cheap, crappy Adidas trainers. Who cares! As a working dad of 5 kids I struggle to have one decent pair of trainers…!
Think his attitude stunk from the beginning.
However he seems hungrier at Leeds, and realises it’s last chance saloon. Most of us would have preferred to keep Galey, but will give Austin a chance now and see how he go’s. Can’t wait for that first game….!
