There is still time but at the moment Newcastle cant beat Watford on their own patch. Villa have signed Coutinho and Digne and Newcastle Trippier and Wood. For all the hype and money i know which team has done the better business.
You see, unlike Man City, where their owners fund and run the club from top to bottom with chairman and board members running the club Newcastle are owned by a fund really who will put money in but leave the running of the club to Amanda Staveley and co and not get involved in the day to day stuff. They are making a big mistake there i think.
They may get out of it and Norwich, Watford and Burnley go down but we will see.
I seem to remember Leeds fans saying at start of the season that this year was a year to consolidate in the top 10 before going for Europe next season. Now they are talking about relegation lol. Talk about living in a dream world. They wont go down tho.
